I saw a review for rich piana’s 5% nutrition shake time no whey real food product
Its made up of hydroBEEF, eggs, and chicken protein
Seems like a pretty cool product for a meal replacement or to replace a shake. Anyone try it? I would imagine it tastes awful lol

Personally never tried it the only way to verify is trying iy yourself,
I have been sticking with BioSteel 100% Whey Protein Powder
NSF certified and used by a wide range of athletes, whey protein is the most easily digestible form for most people. Rest of calories and Protein intake from FOOD.
