1 musket
1-2 pistols and possible a third and smaller one concealed in the vest
1 claymore (either basket hilt worn at the waist or two handed style strapped across the back)
1 dirk worn at the belt
1 sgian dubh worn in the sock.
Also possibly a hatchet.

Now you know why highlanders are so big, so they can carry all that shit around.
