anyone see this stuff.....200 cals per bag. microwave popcorn flavored with splenda. 12 grams of fiber per bag. i am eating one bag post workout mostly but also as a snack.

where does popcorn rank on the acceptable carbs list

my list for carbs while cutting was from:
oatmeal
baked potato
yam
brown rice
apples
and now ?popcorn"

I think popcorn is something like 80 on the glycemic index...hmmm some sites list it as being closer to 50...*shrugs*

wow really so high? it seems so "natural"....
50 is actually pretty low

should be lower especially with 12g fiber in it.... how much protein?
almost no protein, just carbs

pop corn is like rice cake, not much interest but it is not too bad a carb

just wondering if and how many people eat popcorn at night? I lovvve it.....but have always refrained........hmmmmm

I like popcorn but don´t eat microwaved popcorn anymore just airpopped....
With Splends... yeah how does that taste

It tastes like kettle corn if you use a little I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray along with the Splenda and a touch of salt. I've done this with air-popped corn, and I liked it.

Huh. What kinda popcorn has 12g fiber. The one's I see sold everywhere are packed with hydrogenated fats and crappy carbs (no fiber at all) and like 2g's of protein.
