popcorn with splenda?

hey fella, could you post up a brand in here and the nutrition facts...broccoli does get a little bit old on me.. :D

It's not that bad, dude. The type of spray I'm referring to is zero cal, zero fat/trans fat. It's artificial, sure, but one moderate spray of it isn't going to kill you unless you're working on a contest, and is a much better choice along with air popped corn than a bag of micro popcorn would be. We're just trying to provide better alternatives here. :)

There was a thread on the stuff awhile ago, "to spray or not to spray." It's admittedly not a clean food, and I'm not particularly advocating eating the stuff regularly, but it certainly is a much better option than trans fat loaded popcorn, butter, or margarines...if you're intent upon consuming those anyhow. :)
 
Oh yeah-- Kettle corn all the way.

What about a coconut oil spray (let's think fats=good now)-- that spray has taste, and add splenda... That can be marketed!

theres no way a baked potato is 121 GI... it is high but not that high... granted it is WAY higher than popcorn.
