Hi Ladies :),
I've been putting my diet and routine together for a couple weeks, and would really appreciate any advice to help me fine tune it. I'll be starting a cycle (my first one) of anavar (10-15mg) and clen/eca (2 weeks on/2 weeks off) in a couple weeks to go along with this diet.

I'm 26 years old and am 5'4 / 125lbs / 26%bf, and my goal is to lose at least 10% bf (and I can't wait to experience the INSANE strength gains in the gym :p).

Thanks for any help you can give me :)

all the yummy ones are so high in carbs (green beans, corn, carrots). i'll probably have green leafy lettuce sometimes in place of the sweet potato. what veggies would you recommend i add? i just know you're going to say broccoli, aren't you? :bawling:

Are you doing a keto/Atkins diet?

What about steamed green beans? I think they have a low GI.

kel :)

Broc, cauli, spinach, romaine can be eaten pretty freely. Green beans are okay, eat 'em! And you could do worse than carrots. Beets have really good vitamin content but be aware of the sugars in them, I eat them after a workout when I want the insulin spike. Def watch out for potatoes, corn, peas, squash (other than zucchini), lima and other beans which are very starchy. BUT, just because a veggie is starchy, it doesn't mean you shouldn't eat it at all. You haven't shied away from sweet potatoes, which are a starchy veg...you just make sure you eat them at the appropriate time. Same with all the other veggies. You'll be healthier too.

i've been trying to stick to the anabolic diet, which is why the carbs are so low. do you think that i should switch from this, and add more carbs? if so, how much more? what do you think will give me the best results to cut bf when i start my cycle?

thanks so much for all your help :D

I can't really direct you in your carb intake, there is no "one way" of doing things, and I don't know that much about the anabolic diet, although I've encountered it a time or two. I'm just saying that if you are going to eat "x" amount of carbs in any diet, that there are other viable options for those carbs than just sweet potatoes. If you are eating those carbs within the guidelines of your diet, you can't go wrong with vegetables. They're good for you!!!!

alright, i've mixed it up a bit to include more veggies :: zucchini, cucumbers, lettuce, red pepper (not sure if this one's okay). any other things i should change? is the amount of calories okay? my boyfriend often tells me i should cut way low on the cals since that's what he does when he's cutting -- but (as i experimented with last week) i can go way low (1000 cals) for a couple days but then i head for the nearest fast food binge when i can't take it anymore. how about the amount of days or approach to training?

I WANT TO FINALLY GET IT RIGHT THIS TIME :mix:

Thanks :)
