Could any of u bros suggest a more suitable diet please for lean gaining please ? Also I may be able to increase my workout to 4 days a week. But it would be
Mon: back + abs
Tue: shoulders + tris
Wed: off
Thur: legs + cardio
Fri: chest + biceps
So everything gets hit once directly and once indirectly per week. Baring in mind in natty ! How dose this look???
