please review my diet and training regime.

hi guys

i would really appreciate if you could check my diet please. just to add, im an ecto, 6ft about 200 lbs been training 2 1/2 years seriously and never taken gear (yet) i seem to have a permanatly 'bloated' belly. and bit off fat under the pecs. possibly holding water?

I work in an office and drink 6 litres of water a day ( sometimes i think thats quite alot?)
I train 3 days a week. push/pull/legs ... I do get very paranoid that this isnt enough???? As im the ONLY person in the gym that doesnt train 5-6 days a week.

7:30 = protein shake with full fat milk, bannana, mixed berries, porridge oats.

8 = multi vit, zinc, fish oil, vitamin d3,

10 = tuna (low fat mayo) sandwich on wholemeal seeded bread, boiled egg, apple

12:30 = plate of rice with chicken or ground beef. OR 4 whole eggs on wholemeal bread

3:30 = tuna sandwich wholemeal seeded bread, boiled egg, bannana

6 :30= post workout whey shake.

7 = rice/ pasta with chicken / ground beef (usually chilli con carne)

9 (before bed) = protein shake + bannana

I really dont no if this is bad / normal / good / or amazing lol so please give me all the critism u can, thanks alot

p.s also if you think im training enough

:)

Everything seems great (yes, even your training).

The only problem I see is your meal before bed, instead of eating banana w/ protein shake, eat some cottage cheese, a Greek yogurt or a casein protein shake --think high protein, low carbs and fat.

Or you could skip the meal before bed all together, it isn't necessary. I don't eat a meal before bed (unless I'm hungry, which is rarely) and I'm still making gains.

what are your goals... i need to know what your trying to accomplish... if your trying to cut, then this is not good...

By no means trying to cut, mass is my only concern, obviously I dont want to gain anymore fat but I suppose it's inevitable. Started doing 2 x 20 min hiit running on my off days in hope I lower bf slightly but mainly for health benefit

Seems like you want to lean up a little - either way you should clean that diet up a bit. Obviously it depends on what your goals are but lifting only 3 days outta the week would make me feel lazy.

Ye im just scared to cut because iv got such a small frame and put so much work into beefing up, I dont wanna loose my size. Obviously id look better on the beach but im from the UK and theres only a couple hot days a year lol. So my main goal is to still look big with clothes on, but to lean a bit. But technically thats not really possible is it ?

I get you bro.. Seriously if you get real serious and get that diet perfect and start actually lifting seriously (id say you should be in the gym at least 5 days of the week & hitting cardio everyday or most) - you can definitely lean up and put on some more muscle mass (recomp). Just comes down to you and how serious you are
