Please help with diet...

I am in college and I dont have enough money to buy all kinds of food, but I do have a meal plan with my fraternity so this is what I have at my disposal to eat. See if you can help me with this...

Breakfast MWF: Eggs, bacon, bagels, gritz, biscuits, sausage,
cheese.
T TH: Pancakes, Bacon, sausage, bagels, cheese.

Lunch/Dinner MTWThF: Varies between hamburgers, spicy
chicken, BBQ chicken, steak, porkchops, beef, with: potatoes,
salad, broccolli, carrots, corn, cheese. I cant remember what else.

In my room I have canned chicken and tuna, frozen chicken and a george foreman grille. Right now I am taking t-rex and fish oil and glucorellR.

With only these foods and few others to choose from, what kind of diet can I make of this (to drop bodyfat)? I drink alot of water and take protein powder, and work out 4 times at least a week with 3-4 times cardio a week.

Man you've got some great ckd foods there. Research the diet, and see if you can handle eliminating carbs from your diet. Remember, this means you kinda gotta ease up on the drinking too, and since you're in a frat in Louisiana, I imagine that's a large part of your partying life....lol.

lol u don't need to bump your shit after 2 hrs lol.
 
eat mostly the carb free foods + vegetables like salad and broccolli at most times, after your weightlifting workouts have a meal of carb + protein foods, keep the fat low..
(this is assuming you have problems with fat)


you must figure out your total calorie intake...
