I also tried fitting in some bacon and pizza occasionally. Moderation is key, and it never hurt my progress. I avoid too much cheese and alcohol since they can be heavy, but a slice of pizza now and then is fine. Diet soda can be a decent substitute if you're craving something fizzy. And honestly, focusing on mostly all natural food in your regular diet makes those cheat meals even more enjoyable!Cheat meals can be tricky, right? I remember struggling with this when I first started focusing on my fitness. I used to think bodybuilders only ate chicken, broccoli, and rice too. Turns out, they enjoy some treats as well! For me, angel food cake became a go-to because it's light and not too sugary.
