PLEASE HELP anavar DIET

Ok i need help with my cycle.

im going to be taking 60 mg ed for 7 weeks.
im 5'11 210 20% BF and am trying to cut down.
I will be taking oxyelite as well as creatine 5/5/5mg in the morning pre workout and after workout.

2 questions
1 is that creatine amount ok and how should i split the var dosage.

2. can someone PLEASE GIVE ME AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT MY DIET SHOULD LOOK LIKE ON A GIVEN DAY?

My workout will be monday-friday cardio in morning and then cardio and workout in afternoon.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ADVISE ON MY DIET ROUTINE QUESTION!

okay so this is a wreck that needs fixed...

your body fat is much too high to be running an aas my friend... much too high... you need to get down under 15% before you run anything...

you do not need to be taking that much creatine a day... and you should switch to creatine nitrate so you don't have any water retention...

you need to post diet questions in the diet forum man... not in the anabolics forum...

you need to get your diet right, get your workouts on point and then maybe consider running an n2shred stack or something like that to help you lose weight... then and only then should you even consider running any aas...
 
var will cause a little fat loss but is better at hardening and strength. bad choice at 20% bf esp considering the cost. most of ur options would be a bad choice at %.

hmm looks like i will wait till i hit 15% to start up the Var, but is the creatine nitrate the correct one to take with var?

Good call on lowering bodyfat first.

The creatine nitrate suggestion was because of bloat. Some people bloat from regular creatine mono, so creatine nitrate is a better option for some, but more expensive too. I am fine with bulk mono myself, and I don't bloat bad on it
 
do a little googling and search cutting diet, paleo diet, fat loss diet, etc. search on elite too. put a plan together with ur calories in a deficit (approx. 500-750 cals below maintenance cals). frequent meals, low fat, low carbs. post it in the diet forum for review. look into the shred stack like dylan pointed out. with a lean diet, tons of solid cardio and decent supps u can that bf down quick. good luck.
