Take all that food...

plug it into: www.fitday.com

Copy and paste your macronutrients here, then we can look at big picture... then i'll say you're having too much protein powder :)

Total calories
total protein, carbs, fats

^^^ That's what fitday will give you (a close estimated range...cuz it's not perfect)

where can I find nutrional data on name brand foods, such as Kashi go lean crunch, ON's protein powder on fitday???

You can do what I did, I just bought a cheap food scale for meats to measure out the ounces on and when I want to do a new diet plan, I eat the same foods at the same time M-F and know the exact amount I receive. Just get the boxes, write down Calories, Fats, Carbs and Protein. Then at the end, add up your Fat + Carb + Protein amount, to find out your exact percantage on your MacroNuctrients just type into your PC's calc the number of Fat Divided by the total sum.

It's what I did and whenever I change my diet plan, I just recaculate everything. I can tell you everything in calorie amounts I've had today. I have 1800 Cals with 200g of protein, going to finally hit 2k cals with around 240g of protein next week.

What do you mean by Losing BF and gaining muscle? At the same time? It won't happen. You're either losing bf (eating less calories than you burn) or gaining muscle (eating more calories than you burn), no way to do both. If you're trying to end up in the middle, it's just maintaining. You should do one thing and stick to it for a while like bulk or cut, then afterward, you can do the other.

fitday- it's the link called Add Custom Food or something like that lol

Your diet looks a bit iffy, it definately looks like you're going to be cutting (i don't know how much the protein drinks have in them as for calories). Best bet: do fitday with those foods and like sarge said, post the calories, macros, etc..

Not true.

Not many people are dedicated enough to achieve such a feat... tis' possible though :)

Is it seriously? I was always told by everybody that it's pretty much impossible unless you're genetically gifted. Would give you K but I can't give any unless you like grey K ;)

ahh we're all here to learn and/or teach. I just need some more learning
I'm not that knowing on supplements/gear and the sort. So from the things I am to say, it's definately from an all natural perspective.

Sarge, can you explain how to bulk and cut at the same time? I don't quite understand it. Caloric surplus = gain, Caloric deficit = lose. is Caloric maintenance = both?

EDIT: Woops, Sorry Shobe, I hijacked your thread for a little bit..
