IMO, when you are cutting this crap tastes like friggin heaven, and is easy to overeat... it's like candy .. if you can tolerate, not have 4, 6, 8 tbsp, instead of the 'regular servings (i.e. 2? based on your stats) , not overeat it, then the natty PB is a decent addition ...
It is no where near me or my house ... I have bad luck with this stuff ... I can eat it by the jar
