PANIC DAY! Diet off!

Gotta know how fucked up a cycle gets if you fuck up your diet for 1 day. My birthday today, have had people here constantly and havent gotten a real meal down my throat yet. The only good thing I have eaten is oatmeal porridge, 2 protein shakes and 9 whole eggs, rest of the day was mostly cookies, coffee and cake :worried:
Normally I eat 3500 to 4000 cals a day, atleast 250g of that is from protein.

I feel like Im overreacting but Im into my 5th week of 500 mg sustanon and havent felt any real strenght/mass gains yet and is pretty sure i have legit gear so I am kinda paranoid about doing something wrong.

Pretty sure its not fake, got hornier, sweating more, some bloat/water weight. I have heard about fakes that gave you sides but nothing more, that sounds to strange to be true hehe. Well anyway my question is a bit unclear but what I want to know is how a fucked up diet day effect a cycle :)

I think you're over-reacting a bit. Don't sweat it. I think if anything you probably have a bit more fudge room when using gear. A half day of poor diet ain't gonna kill you bro. Cheat days keep you sane!!
 
Obviously its best for muscle growth to cram 3500-4000 + cals down every single day, but if youve had one bad day out of 5 weeks i cant see its gonna cause massive problems. If you did it for two, three days id imagine youd start to go into a catabolic state as your body is gonna start burning muscle for energy.

I know what you mean though bro, some days shit gets hectic and its hard to fit in all your meals, at times like that i just have protein shakes on hand to make sure i get as many cals in as possible.

With the systonon, i got horny as f**k almost straight away and started to see strength gains after about 3-4 weeks. And shit, i got strong fast as hell. my bench press went up by nearly 50 lbs after 8weeks. My training partner (doesnt juice, also doesnt know i juice :worried: ) got well pissed off. I just kept on getting stronger and stronger and he couldnt figure it out!

Fingers crossed youll start feeling the gains any day now bro! :)
 
You're over reacting for sure...It takes more than one bad day to throw off your body. I felt like that yesterday when I decided to eat some Pizza Hut...It threw my whole day off and I felt like shit, but then I realized that it was just one meal so I waited til 12:00am, loaded up on chicken, pasta, spinach and whey and went to bed...Felt like a champ when I woke up....It's all mental dude...Don't sweat it!
 
Well feel a bit more calm now :) I guess Ill feel some gains soon, just havent read about many that havent felt any strenght gains later than week 5. May have to do with the low dose I ran at the beginning, just 250 for 3 weeks. Will see how this next week turns out, if I doesnt get any gains then I will consider the 8 amps I had when i started the cycle as fake. I have bought 23 more amps of same brand (Nile) but with another batchnumber and a safer source, will start using them next week and think about them as the start of the cycle
 
Yeah bruh...relax......#1 the mind is what is playing havoc on you right now, as it is def. more powerful than anything else you can control. Guilt sucks, and that's what drove you to feel the wy you did and make this post....just remember, the body think in terms of weeks and months......it's preparing itself (if needed) to go into starvation mode in a period of famine....it does not operate on a 24 hour cycle like we do. One day isn't going to do jack shit but maybe make you hold a little water...think about it...a LB needs 3,200 cals.......and that's on top of your normal schedule......you're fine....if anything, you'll be stronger tomorrow in the gym....for no other reason than the mind controling you once again telling you to go ful go because of the shit you ate yesterday......don't overdo it....relax, train hard and continue to eat...worst thing you can do is slack off in the clorie dept. now cause of it.....you might even want to oss in a few of the days every so often.......you must feed the gear!
