Oxandrovar Log.

Hurricane asked me in another thread if I would start a log concerning my 4 week Ox cycle so here goes... Cycle is basic as it gets running the Ox 4 weeks as prescribed with N2GUARD as always. Ive used other Orals in the past as well as other compounds but, wanted to try this as a standalone. Id like to say Im not a body builder but, am into fitness as its mandatory for my job and I think most folks would consider me an in shape dude but a little body fat here and there isn't something I lose sleep Over. During this cycle Im hoping to lean out a little as it's summer time but, the thing that gets me excited is the potential for some serious strength gains. I'll establish a base line of where Im at now on major lifts after 1 week of being on so we have a starting point for the sake of this log.
Squat( below parallel): 330 for 5 reps.
Bench ( with bounce): 290 for 3-5 reps.
Dead Hang pull-ups: 14 ( pathetic I know)
2 Mile Run: under 15 minutes.
Tomorrow starts week 2 and Ill update Later.

you want this in the supps section or the aas section? let me know bro. This is actually alot closer to aas then a supp to be honest!

Your call and ill be following bro, thanks for the log !

Hurricane you can put this thread any where you want brother. I actually debated that when I started this post but, given how Im feeling right now I honestly think the AAS section would be more appropriate as well. Today makes day 9 of of this 4 week Ox cycle w/ N2GUARD as a support supplement. Had a 24 hour shift yesterday so I didn't lift but I was able to get in some quality sprint interval training which went surprisingly well. I keep waiting for a negative effect on Cardio but there has been none to report as of today. No crippling back pumps or other unmanageable side effects either. I'm not sugar coating this review just being honest. I did a Beastdrol log a few years ago and I reported all side effects. The night sweats aren't as bad but, my elbows are starting to get a little tender so thats something Ill have to keep an eye on. However, I know most of you don't give a shit about my poor elbows so I'll get to the stuff everyone wants to know. Here goes... Worked out w/ my wife today at the house( I have a pretty respectable power lifting style garage set up) and there is no doubt in my mind I'm getting stronger. Started off with some light rowing to get warmed up followed by a few sets of 4-5 pull-ups and 1 set of 25 push-ups before officially lifting.Did some light weight warm up sets on bench and then got into my work sets. On my heaviest set I benched 290 for 5 which matches the most Ive ever done, only it felt so much lighter!!! I'm not kidding when I say it felt like I was holding 265. I wish I had went for more but, I had it built up in my mind to try and hit 5 so when I did I stopped. I also might have been dumbfounded at how light it felt. Also I only had my 104 lb wife as my spotter and She probably wouldn't find it to sexy to see her husband pinned down on the bench with a bar across his throat as she desperately tries to slide the plates off the ends LOL!!!
Didn't go too heavy on squats as Ive been battling some hip soreness the past couple weeks but again the weight I did lift felt much easier than it should have. I think in the next 3-5 days we should really see what the magic of this stuff is. (It took about 13-15 days when I was on Beast to really kick in hard). One suggestion I have is to drink tons of water on this gear. I normally drink a gallon a day and I was still feeling dehydrated and had some slightly yellow urine. I've about doubled the water intake and I feel much better now. Feel free to ask questions or make suggestions and Ill do my best to keep the Good Ole Folks of EF posted on the progress. Peace!!!

Well, I'm about half way through week 2 of this cycle and so far I'm pretty impressed. I started off today with some power cleans and the weight felt very light. I'm certainly not the most expeirenced guy with AAS but, I know enough to tell the difference between a placebo effect and the real deal and Ox is legit. I didn't go very heavy on the cleans because I wanted to get some volume in and as I stated before it was very light compared to the same weight before. It seems like my stamina is improving too and still no major sides to report other than what I said in my earlier post. Finished off the workout a 10 round cycle of box jumps, sit-ups and dips at 5 reps per round and I felt more explosive than normal. I was originally a little concerned if Ox would have a negative impact on my sex drive as I've heard Tren can do that but my libido seems to be on the rise as well which can be a good thing depending on the mood of my wife. Can't wait to see what happens over the next couple weeks.

Are you just taking ox and n2guard I.e. Nothing else? Have you seen any changes in your physic yet too?

Following along bro.. You are going to absolutely love this cycle.. Ox produces some great results. Your chest and Squat weight will go up for sure!

moved to the aas section per request ! and in all honesty this is were it belongs.Oxandrovar is a very strong product .Keep it up bro and great work.

@ mikkeltaylor , I haven't seen any definitive changes in my physique yet other than some noticeable increases in vascularity. I am feeling harder all over though. I generally eat clean but, I don't really count calories or macros. I do make sure to get plenty of protein and try to keep cheat meals to a minimum. Because of my job though I'm often times forced to eat when I can and it's more important to eat something just to have energy vs. not eating at all for the sake of watching calories if that makes sense. I think it's still a little too early in the cycle to notice any major body changes at this point but, I'm hoping to lean out some. I think those changes will start happening soon though. I'm very optimistic about this cycle and it's been fun seeing those lifts go up. I actually went and bought 30 more lbs of weights which is an expense I don't mind having. Tomorrow I'm going to be sure to eat plenty of clean calories a couple hours prior to my workout and really try and put up some heavy weight. I fully expect to break through some plateaus and I'll be sure to report on my progress.
