Hurricane you can put this thread any where you want brother. I actually debated that when I started this post but, given how Im feeling right now I honestly think the AAS section would be more appropriate as well. Today makes day 9 of of this 4 week Ox cycle w/ N2GUARD as a support supplement. Had a 24 hour shift yesterday so I didn't lift but I was able to get in some quality sprint interval training which went surprisingly well. I keep waiting for a negative effect on Cardio but there has been none to report as of today. No crippling back pumps or other unmanageable side effects either. I'm not sugar coating this review just being honest. I did a Beastdrol log a few years ago and I reported all side effects. The night sweats aren't as bad but, my elbows are starting to get a little tender so thats something Ill have to keep an eye on. However, I know most of you don't give a shit about my poor elbows so I'll get to the stuff everyone wants to know. Here goes... Worked out w/ my wife today at the house( I have a pretty respectable power lifting style garage set up) and there is no doubt in my mind I'm getting stronger. Started off with some light rowing to get warmed up followed by a few sets of 4-5 pull-ups and 1 set of 25 push-ups before officially lifting.Did some light weight warm up sets on bench and then got into my work sets. On my heaviest set I benched 290 for 5 which matches the most Ive ever done, only it felt so much lighter!!! I'm not kidding when I say it felt like I was holding 265. I wish I had went for more but, I had it built up in my mind to try and hit 5 so when I did I stopped. I also might have been dumbfounded at how light it felt. Also I only had my 104 lb wife as my spotter and She probably wouldn't find it to sexy to see her husband pinned down on the bench with a bar across his throat as she desperately tries to slide the plates off the ends LOL!!!
Didn't go too heavy on squats as Ive been battling some hip soreness the past couple weeks but again the weight I did lift felt much easier than it should have. I think in the next 3-5 days we should really see what the magic of this stuff is. (It took about 13-15 days when I was on Beast to really kick in hard). One suggestion I have is to drink tons of water on this gear. I normally drink a gallon a day and I was still feeling dehydrated and had some slightly yellow urine. I've about doubled the water intake and I feel much better now. Feel free to ask questions or make suggestions and Ill do my best to keep the Good Ole Folks of EF posted on the progress. Peace!!!
