Oxandrovar Log.

After a 48 hour shift I got back on the weights pretty hard today. I think taking 2 days off minus some light running really helped me out as far as recovery is concerned. My elbows were starting to get really tender (probably from the increase in weights) and I felt great heading into my workout this am. After a good warm-up I started off with some heavy bench. On my heaviest I set I put up 300 for 4 reps without a spot and probably would have hit 5.The weights feel so light that it's hard to believe. Prior to this cycle my 5 rep max ever on bench was 290 for 5. Squats felt great too, after getting loose I did 2 sets @ 225 for 10 reps each set (below parallel), 3rd set was 275 for 8 and I finished off with 320 for 8. I'm sure I could have went heavier but all I have is 320 lbs. of weights at my house. I feel like this cycle is really going to hit it's stride this week and so far I couldn't be happier with the results. I'm considering extending this cycle out to 6 weeks because I'm having to much fun to stop. I'll report later with more results.

Sounds legit so far man. What were your dosing protocols? Have you experienced any dryness of joints or any of that shit? How about any lethargy? Seems your sides are little to none which is good stuff but I'm eager to hear more about your experience especially as a standalone.

Kid, just dosing as Rx'd at 2 pills a day about 12 hours apart and N2GUARD as Rx'd also. I am starting to get some dry joints especially in my elbows but, I'll get that fixed this week. It gets more warm at night than usual and I occasionally get a case of the sweats that wake me up but, its not unmanageable by any means. Zero effect on cardio which is a major plus and no painful pumps to speak of. As far as sides go it's way easier on the body than Beastdrol. Take my word for it when i say drink plenty of water, even more than you normally would on gear. If I have a day where my water intake is low I can tell a big difference physically. Hope that helps bro.

Awesome to hear things are going so well. Definitely not a bad idea to go 6 weeks with this cycle. I think that could be a smart move considering how its went to this point.

Sounds legit, how has your diet been are you looking more for a clean cut or a little on the recomp side? Assuming you are not bulking

nice work bro... definitely keep an eye on the pumps... that's the only negative side i have with oxandrovar... otherwise its been nothing but excellent... keep up the good work bro...

Dylan, went on a run yesterday and tried to hold a decent pace but, I started to get some bad pumps through my quads and hips. That was the first time I noticed it and was the worst side effect I've had this far. I think for the remainder of the cycle I'll stick w/ sprint interval training on the days I feel like running. I know there's other ways to get cardio in but, I like to run and having some decent speed is something I take pride in. I definitely have some inflammation in my elbows but, that's probably from lifting so much heavier in a short time span and I'm not convinced that it's a side effect directly connected to the Oxandrovar.

Weighed in today after a decent breakfast and I was 218 which is high as I've been in probably 8 months. Not very concerned w/ the scale though as My shirts are fitting tighter and my pants are fitting the same if not looser. My arms are so vascular that they look like a road map and I have veins starting to show up in my hips too. Normally I have to be 200 lbs. or lighter to see veins in my lower body so those are all positive indicators of dropping body fat while adding quality muscle. I'm a full time Fire fighter so many times it's crucial to eat something not ideal for cutting vs. not eating at at all just to be able to perform on the job. However, I'm 100% convinced that if I went into a calorie deficit I would be shedding body fat at an exponential rate. I've made the commitment to keep a close eye on my carb intake as my body is carbohydrate sensitive but, I'm not trying to go into ketosis or anything like that.@ Thekid7, judging by your avatar I'm guessing your a body builder and keep a close watch on your diet. Whether your goal is to cut, bulk, or do a body recomp cycle I think the Ox would give you the results you're looking for. Even though I'm not a body builder nor, do I have the most experience with AAS as other members here I am very in tune with my body and how it reacts w/ supplements, changes in my workout and eating habits. This is a very potent cycle but, more impressive is it's versatility as it could serve a wide variety of purposes for any athlete with minimal side effects. In the past I ran 2 cycles of Beastdrol and the gains were nothing short of incredible but, the sides were often times almost unbearable. Other than testosterone Oxandrovar is pound for pound the most impressive cycle I've ran but, obviously more convenient due to it being an oral and the gains are noticeable in week 2 but, show it's real might in week 3. On test the gains were very keep-able for me w/ a light pct ( unleashed and post cycle) and I hope the results yielded on Ox will be easy to maintain as well. If I do extend this cycle to 6 weeks should I raise the dose to 3 pills a day or stick with 2. Suggestions, critiques, questions and other comments are welcome as hearing others input is always appreciated.

Ok, Haven't been on in a few days because I had to work some overtime. Caught a little cold too and took a couple days off from lifting to rest up but, I think the break actually did my body some good and I felt like a new man going into my workouts. Didn't try to max out but, as I've repeatedly said what was formerly heavy feels noticeably lighter. The sides have been more noticeable especially in regards to leg pumps during cardio but, not unmanageable. I've decreased my carb and calorie intake this week and there is no doubt I'm leaning out. People at work have made comments about how much bigger I look even though I'm trimming down. This cycle has yielded awesome gains in a real short amount of time. Decided not to extend the cycle to 6 weeks and I'm going to up my dose to 3 pills a day for the remainder of the cycle. Looking forward to more gains to come.
