Posting this for my partner- she wants to keep making gains in her lifts and build more muscle but isnt real big on carbs because she is kinda scared she will bulk and gain weight on too much(that whole carb syndrome)..
I told her she needs the carbs to give her energy so she can continue to lift pretty heavy, with minimal carbs is basically for cutting...
Anyone know a good number- were lifting about 4 days a week , with cardio 2-3...thanks
