M mic79 New member May 5, 2003 #1 over the past few months ive tried upteen diets.i have like a diet sheet for every diet ive tried so i was thinkin of changin my diet daily 2 keep the body guessing.eg keto 1 day,zone the nxt etc.any thaughts on this??or is that plain daft?
