On week 4, I need help with diet....

So im on my second cycle in about 2 years, week 4 right now of test E at 500mg pr week.

Im starting to realize my diet isnt fully in check bros, need some help.
I eat oat meal and all hole grain breads in the am.
Lots of chicken and tuna for breakfast and lunch , and once in a while some deli turkey.


...but I realize my chicken has to much seasoning, even my tuna I always dab in alittle italian dressing , and I need to cut out cheese completly( right now i always sprinle some low fat garbage)and ive been making my brown rice with chicken broth but ithink the sodium is killing me

I tried the plain chicken and raw tuna but only lasted about 2 days.



Any one have any ideas ,foods, links to sites that can help me out..


what else can I do to make my food taste alil better ?

yeh bro i heard the same thing too, i'm prob going to purchase that here very very soon...

to make food taste better, sautee the chicken, you can cut up the chicken sautee it in some onions, GARLIC!!, bell and red peppers, lemon juice,taco seasoning, tony chachere's, bro if its a veggie, or some type of seasoning you can sautee it just dont use alot of it if its high in sodium, they even make seasoning with low sodium now adays
 
You have to teach your self to like certian things and cook a certian way. Chicken can be cook so many different ways.

I personally pre-cook on sundays.. chicken..steak..tuna..ect..
Chicken pre-cooked.. 3 or 4 with lemon pepper. 3 0r 4 with bbq 2 0r 3 plan. In the oven bake at 350 on oven grill.

Pre-cook brown rice, Red Skin potato's, sweet (tater's), and some type of veggi's

My red meats go next.. couple of steaks

While im doing that I make Tuna in container on sunday, fat free miricale whip.. sweet pickle juice. In one container.
The second container has the tuna mixed with wheat pasta, green peppers, onions,

There's my lunch for the week.

My breakfast always includes wheat toast, a glass of fat free milk, 6-10 egg whites..

Snacks.. protien bars with low or no sugar. PB.. love that shit.. I eat a big fat table spoon daily,

Dinners are always cooked. They always include some type of meat, and veggi's (NO SALT).. I enjoy a buffilo burgers, and a lot of beef if I'm bulking..

Get a cook book and learn how to cook things... I also grill like a mad man. Split you meals up I do six a day. 3 before noon and 3 after. Protien shake pre work out and after.

Season your foods with low sodium, low salt.. there's a shit ton of things out there to do it with..

Fuck I'm tired of typing.. get a cook book.. lol.. or a girl that knows whats up.
