Ok guys, I need a VERY intense cutting routine. Yes I did a search, but nothing really interested me. I want something that's going to make me burn! I've been bulking up so now I want to cut down. I'm gonna do cardio 3-4 days a week, but I need a new lifting routine. Any GOOD suggestions. I want something that's gonna kick my ass fellas so let me have your best thoughts on this.

what's your current routine look like? you definetly want to keep the mass you've worked so hard to get, right? you're still gonna want to go heavy, maybe not as heavy but still heavy to maintain the mass while you still burn the fat. your sets should, for the most part, have more reps and to failure.... by doing this your working the small muscle groups of any certian muscle giving you the pumped, ripped look. first and foremost during your diet.... dont be afraid to eat!!! especially with all the increase in cardio your body will need (not only the same amount of protien) but a proper balance of carbs as well. if you dont get in enough carbs, your body will start to use the glutamine from your protien intake for energy and .. well , that just sucks cause that takes away from the muscle healing from that protien. calorie intake still must be sufficient.... remember, your body is designed for survival so you still want to eat 6/8 times a day... with all the work your doing your body will use all the food and not much will be stored as fats. hope this helps, bro. good luck.

Yeah bro whats your current routine like? We need more information to give advice I mean I can suggest a number of intensity techniques or routines that have worked well for me but I dont know what you have tried etc.. let us know!
:D:D

ok it goes like this. I was doing Chest monday, Tuesday back, Wednesday legs, Thursday arms, and Friday shoulders. I basically was doing all heavy sets. No more than 8 reps, mostly stuck to 6. I did about 5 different exercises for each muscle group, and did about 4 sets. Except for legs, I killed them.
