didn't pack my lunch today so i went out to get something....ended up getting grilled chicken w/ steamed veggies. ok...so the the chicken had bbq sauce on it haha. i usually just eat tuna in the can or plain grilled chicken for lunch....should i feel really guilty? i actually don't even know what's in bbq sauce but i assume it's bad. the rest of my fat content of the day only comes from almonds and whatever fat the chicken or fish i cook on the forman has in it. also, carbs for the rest of the day will not be more than 40g or so....just a gatorade PWO and in the almonds i eat before bed.
