hey, im currently 18, 178, 5'9.
This may seem high, but im told that i hide it very well (32 waist). I have been trying to cut, but maintain muscle. Surprisingly, i have been gaining msucle, but im a relative newb to lfting (3 months). I started out at 160 and could bench 95 pounds. (i killed my body by starving myself). Now im 178 and just benched 200. I still have a decent amount of fat that is going down (i think) but sometimes its depressing that it takes a lot of time and patience. I workout shoulders/tri/back on mon, and fri. Chest/bic on wed and sat and a random leg workout on an off day. Diet goes like this
10:00 1 scoop protein (150), oatmeal (150)
1:00 Chicken Breast, lots of greens/broccoli (400 cal)
4:00 2 scoop protein, banana (300)
7:00 Same as 1:00 (400 cal)
10:00 1 scoop protein and banana (200)
I do cardio probably 3-4x a week. 2 miles and stadium runs
Any reccomendations for changing
On a sidenote, i went from 165 to 175 VERY quickly (prboably due to greatly eating instead of starving) Since i have been stuck at 175 and my bench, and other presses have gone up, is it safe to assume that the Body Fat is going down, and my lean mass is going up?
