Not AAS ralted but... Is this the same meal?

For my first meal I eat:

1/2 cup Rolled Oats
6 egg whites (one yoke)
1/2 apple
I add 2 packets of splenda and some cinnamon 2 the oats.

I found a great recipie online which I tweaked a bit...

Oatmealpancakes.(taste amazing!!)

Mix...
1/2 cup rolled oats
6 egg whites (one yoke)
1/2 apple cut into small slices.
1 tablespoon cinnamon, 3 packets of splends.

Put everything into a blender and blend lightly.

Heat a pan on med-high. Spray pan with nonstick cooking spray (no cal). Makes 2 large pancakes. Add sugar free jelly or just eat plan!


now......Is this the same intake of food? Someone told me that if I make it like that it wont be the same. I am using the same foods. idea's?
 
6 egg whites.. thats only like 18 gram of protein. 1/2 cup of oats is around 5 i think. so only 23 grams of protein for that 1st meal doesn;t seem like enough.
