Hey Guys and Girls,
Came across this site searching for a good Pro-Hormone stack with their reviews from users and knowledgeable people. I'm not new to the gym, been in it since I was in 8th grade because of sports. Played high school ball and 5 years in college, and a little arena ball on the side afterwards. Anyway I've tried many supplements in my 28 years of life but nothing that got me to where I envisioned myself looking like. I hope to pick up a lot of useful information as well as the lingo spoken here, because as of now I don't understand what's what. Currently I am out of a gym, my family and I just got PCS'd to Texas for the Air Force and are trying to get settled in our new home. I don't plan on taking the stack as soon as I start hitting the weights again as I feel that would be a waste. I was thinking a good month or even two before I start it. As of now I take my fish and flax seed oils along with a multi-vitamin (Cosco brand;same as Centrum I believe) in the morning, vitamins e, c, d, b complex and calcium and lunch, and then fish oil and glucosamine w/ msm at night. Prior to thinking about pro hormones I took a pre-workout (Jack3D) w/ creatine (Kre-Alkaline) and then finished with the usual protein shake afterwards and again before bed. I also make it a point to drink at least a gallon of filtered water everyday.
Sorry if it seems like I'm rambling, just looking for some good, solid advice. Not here to start a web war or anything of the sort. Looking to achieve my goals is all.
Some 1RM stats at my strongest weighing in at 185 lbs.
Bench: 315
Squat: 405
Clean & Jerk: 275
Now I go for reps. Before the move I was hitting 225 for 3x10 on bench, squat, and dead lifts fairly easily. Currently I am at 190 lbs. I also lift by myself so and I only push to complete failure on plates, that way I know I can get back up, ha ha!!!
Anyway about 3 years back I purchased an 8 week cycle of sus with clomid. I only ended up taking it for 4 weeks and not doing the clomid. My back broke out in small little pimples, mostly up high on the upper traps and shoulder blades. My question is, do I need to do one now? Honestly, I think I got a little bit more emotional then I can remember being, or is it the affect of having 2 little ones ( a boy and a girl) afterwards breaking me down inside? LOL! I don't remember being so "soft" with feelings that's why.
I tracked down some Turinabol by Primordial Performance and will be running that for 6 weeks, with 2 weeks of liver care prior and running through the 6 weeks. Finishing with a 4 week pct recommended by PP. I plan on throwing in a probiotic in the morning routine when I start the stack, and maybe a natural test boost (vitrix) after it's finished or is that even needed?
