Need some advice

I have always been interested in bodybuilding. I started out weight training when I was 14(shot and discus thrower). This July I started back in the gym serious more serious than I have ever been. Here is my problem. I can't seem to loose fat. My lifts are heavy, I train each body part on different days. I do spinning for 45 min. 3 times a week. I read articles that you shouldn't do cardio after lifting because it actually causes more damage to muscle growth. For the last month and a half I added cardio after my lifting to see if it would help. Here is my diet. Breakfast 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal, glass of ice water , vitamin. I usually hit the gym around 8:30am. before I start I consume half of a protien bar. I drink water the whole way througth the workout. Post workout 45g of Protein shake. 45min later 4oz chicken /small salad with lemon juice balsmic dressing. Snack handful of walnuts with a few raisions. When 2 pm hits I loosen up on the carbs, usually have another protein shake, dinner consits of fish, fresh veggies...then another protein shake a few hours before bed. I have scheduled a full tummy tuck due to my pregnancies( 3) on DEC 13th. this should lifts my spirits. I just feel really down right now.. Should I take a fat burning supplement? I do have good genes..I am very muscular and my shoudlers are very broad. I have seen my lifts go up tremendously. My specs 5'10 230 size 13/14. My goal weight is 165-170. I still throw shot and discus I won PA state meet this summer...I just want to loose the damn fat!!
 
no I haven't lately. I have been going by how my clothes fit me. I will have it tested today or over the weekend. Thanks for your reply.
 
It just might make it easier for you to see a difference. I never show any difference on the scale, but do in my fat levels!
