I'm 24, 5'6" I have 108 Lb, I workout 5x/week , each day some parts + 25-30 min cardio 4x/week, I work 7 days at week..cleaning.
I don't know if I have enought calorii from this menu, but I want lost abdominal fat, what do you reccomended me? How many calorii should I eat? Help me!!!!

And one more question...for how long is good be on this cutting diet plan? What do you think girls, how long are you dieting??

1. 1/2 cup oatmeal+ 4 egg whites + 1/2 piece fruit {app. or grapefru.}

2. 25 g protein {5 egg whites or chicken or tuna } + 3-4oz.sweet potato or 1/2 cup barley + veggies {brocc or lettuce with cabbage or cucumber} + 1/2 piece fruit

3. before workout
25 g-30g protein {chicken or cottage chees.} + 1/4 cup cooked oatmeal

4. protein shake 25-30g protein+ veggies

5. 30 g protein {chick, tuna or fish} + veggies unlimited{brocoo, green beans or cucumber}

6. before bed 20-25g protein shake

How long have you been doing this?

Your body takes about a week or two to adjust to a new diet--the dizziness/irritability is probably caused by your body looking for sugars to burn (as it would on an average non-cutting eating plan) but not finding them...it takes a little time for it to switch over to burning stored fat for energy. The fruit should help take care of that a little, and make sure you are drinking plenty of water. If you find that you're still constantly hungry after a few weeks, look into maybe using a fat burner with an appetite suppressant.

This is good advice.

And remember, my diet plan, and any advice I give is based of MY experiences. I have done YEARS of trial and error with diet and training. I have finally figured out what works for ME. My diet can be a starting point for you - but you have to play with things - portions, food choices, timing, etc to find what works for you. Nobody can tell you exactly how many calories to eat. You have to "play" with your diet to find the optimal thing that works for you. This takes a lot of time. You have to give ANY new diet/training change several weeks to see if it is working.

thanks for answer, I must tell you that this diet plan is OK I know that few carbs in menu work good. So today and yesterday I addin littel bit carbs {oatmeal] before workout and I'm OK. Maybe I was very tired and exhaused, becouse my job is very busy {all night I'm walking, cleaning...}
so thanks for help
