Need a lil advice

hummm thanks ladies!! i guess i will be goin out to buy meself one of those cooler bag things.. i guess i could carry some stuff around with me... its just so damn annoying.. i like the freakin 20yr old bag lady.. always have a thousand things to carry...books, cloths, now chicken breasts, lol.. ohh yea! well.. thanks for all the ideas.. i will put them to good use.

Phem "why cant u pack ur food..u lazy ass" thank u sweetheart... but yeaaaaa ur right i am a lazy ass ;)

KB- know what you mean... everytime I leave my house, I look like I'm running away run from home (chicken, vegies, supps, huge water bottle, change of clothes, reading material & music for cardio)... it's part of the 'lifestyle' :)

since you're in school

why not rent a locker to put clothes/books/stuff you don't really need to drag back and forth regularily in... most colleges/universitys do have lockers (if not anywhere else than at the gym)...

it may mean dragging a larger load of clean clothes to school on monday and dirty clothes home on Friday, but its better than dragging clothes everyday... maybe make monday's and fridays the days that you get campus food for one or two of your meals... which would lighten the other food load...

what are you talking about u cant eat like regular during school?!!?! like lotsa other people have said, pack your food the night before...or in the morning before school if you're an early riser. put it in your locker or backpack.

well i dunno what grade you're in, but i'm in high school so i'm on campus from from 8 am to 3 pm...soooo looong i cant stand it. we have 30 minutes for lunch and thats the only time the school has designated for eating. BUT...we have 7 minute passing periods between classes. so i make a tuna sandwich....i use just 1 slice of whole wheat bread, cut it in half, stack it, mix a can of tuna w/ mayo, and slab that between the bread. bam...a complete meal w/ enough protein, carbs, and fat. you can make a shake or bring a protein bar too...whatever you can easily eat while you walk to your next class.

i had that same problem about the water. so here's how i solved that...
well i observed that i pee out my water like 30 to 40 minutes after i drink it. i have 55 minute classes. so i chug that water down in the first 25 minutes of class and it'll be ready to flush by the time passing period comes. i still take small sips in the second half of class, but if i have too much then it will be pushin to come out during my next class.

hope this helps...good luck

that's actually a great idea... i keep telling myself that i'll get me one of those...

What I did was eat on the way there, eat on the way home, and eat in class. Take your back pack with you, a small cooler that can fit inside of it, and get one of those ice packs you would use to keep a baby's formula cool. Put your food in there. I took chicken and cheese sandwiches, pb&j's, hard boiled eggs, some kellogs raisin squares for a snack, 2 packs of instant microwave oatmeal, usually a small chicken breast precooked from teh night before, and a can of tuna(ick). Just go to Kmart or whever and get the Martha Stewart jog bottles with the screw on tops, put your protein powder in there, when its time, just go to the student union or gas station and buy a little carton of milky and mix it in the tumbler. Celltech works great that way too and just use the water fountain. It can be done, Im living proof.
