my workout, any suggestions pls?

WHats up Neacrolyte..welcome to the boards, its about time u got on here...anyway, try setting something up such as a 2000 calorie diet..a multivitamin wouldnt be a bad idea either.. I'd also recomend not going w/ the ripped fuel, but instead Dymetadrine Xtreme..in no time u'll be looking like skip lacour..j/k but anyway stick w/ the workouts, and set up a basic diet and the results will come...

pick one or the other and go with it... it's difficult to lose fat and gain muscle simultaneously... VERY difficult....
 
I suggest my Duck Tape diet...

Duck Tape a fork to your hand...and always keep a plate of food in front of you...ALWAYS!!!
