You need to get your weights up. I do 405lb barbell shrugs for sets of 10. Heck even my wife does 225.

Barbell Back Squat

Barbell Hip Thrust
4 sets

Single Leg Press Machines
4 Sets with no rest in between as each leg rests while the other one is working :)

Machine Lying Leg Curl
4 sets

Dumbbell Walking Lunges
4 Sets

Leg Extentions
4 Sets
