Its Sunday!!! So I've been using the eat whatever the f**k I want diet recently which has definitely caused a lot of negatives (fat gain, fatigue, water rentetion) but the one positive is that I've gained some great muscle mass. My legs are filling out and my arms have ballooned! Going to buy more work now. Can't fit in anything. Lol
Today's wo:
Elliptical 1 HR at 9 resistance
Flatbar triceps pushdown/SS/reverse grip pulldowns: 5*10*70
Rope triceps pushdown/SS/overhead triceps rope Ext: 5*10*50
DB curls/SS/DB SD Lat raise: 5*10*20
Had to go do abs.at this point bc my forearms were so pumped I couldn't close my hands to grip the.dbs!
Crunches: 5*100
Bb wide grip.curls/SS/skullcrushers (no rest between sets): 5*10*40
Finished w/ resistance band:
SS of negative bicep curls(10 sec)/SS/SD Lat raise/SS/ overhead triceps Ext: 4*20
