Leg day: Stepmill: 15 min at 96 spm Squats: Wu 1*30*45 5*5*185 3*5*205 Leg press: 5*5*460 Single leg leg press on my side: 5*12*100 Ham curls: 5*12*120 Decline situps: 3*20 Crunch chair: 5*100 DB SLDL/SS/DB front squats 5*15*25s Waddling to my car.
