Shoulders today...

Stepmill 20 min at 96 spm

I only did a 10 sec break between sets. Short on time today.

SD and front Lat raise Wu: 2*20*5

SD Lat raise/SS/triceps push ups: 5*10*20/5*10

DB shoulder press/SS/DB external rotation: 5*10*15/5*15*15

Arnold press/SS/DB external rotation : 5*10*15

Lying medicine ball throw: 50
Situps with medicine ball overhead: 3*30
Resistance band SD Lat/front raise/shoulder press: 3*20

Crunches: 3*100/SS/push ups: 3*10

First time I'd ever done them. One of the trainers recommended them halfway through my shoulder press set so I just tacked them on. I liked them a lot! My triceps are still sore from Sunday so they were a bit hard. Definitely doing them again though

Lat pulldowns: 5*10*80
Uh pulldowns: 5*10*80
Sa DB rows: 5*5*60
Oh lying Lat Ext w/ dbs: 3*15*25/SS/chest press: 3*10*25

Had to cut it short today. I need to get some studying in before work. Happy Tuesday!!!!
