Took yesterday off bc of working overtime.
Today I went to a.different gym to train with a friend. Figured out that I haven't been going as fast on the stepmill as I thought. Workout went like this:
Stepmill: 30 min. 85spm no holding on. 100 spm for last 5 min.
Squats: 1*20*45atg, 6*10*135atg(my knee is swollen so went lighter to test it)
Plie' squats: 6*10*135
Leg press: 6*10*420wide, 6*10*330close
Walking lunges: 4*15each leg w/30lb dbs
Elliptical: 30min 10resistence
Leg raises w/ overhead medicine ball lift: 3*20
Crunches; 4*100
Planks: 5*1 min hold
