Back on the horse this morning!
Stepmill: 30 min 96spm
Did a bunch of different shoulder exercises supersetted with either triceps pushups or double crunches on the bench. Don't know what all I did but I hurt and I dayum near puked. 1 HR straight of lifting.
Then did elliptical for 20min at 10 resistance
crunch chair: 4*100
