My Training Log

I just have to share this moment I'm having in the lunch room right now...

There is a table of 4 girls who all on numerous occasions have asked me to train them at the gym, write diets for them(which I did), chastised me for being a skinny Barbie doll, applauded me for turning down cupcake after cupcake that are passed around the floor. As they are now sitting at the table with bags of McDonalds, Zaxbys and slices of cake they all wanted to know how I stay so 'skinny?'

My answer today...."not eating like you." ;) enjoy the rest of your day y'all!

So my workout got royally f-ed up yesterday! Supposed to do legs but couldn't get on anything even the Smith machine so I made the best of it and did triceps and cardio.

Today I did legs. Can't skip them no matter what.

Stepmill: 1 HR
Squats: 1*20*45 atg, 6*10*185, 2*8*135 atg
Leg press: 6*10*310+drop
Ext: 6*10*120+drop
Curls: 6*10*120+drop
Butt lift: 5*10*55 legs were toast
Elliptical: 1 HR

Knee is still bothersome after running outside last week. I'm hardheaded sometimes. :/ have a great Easter y'all! Time to boil some eggs!

Lol yeah d lots of ppl do. Especially these girls. And I work in a call center so I know all too well the stupid things ppl can say sometimes. I've taken the sign out of my bedroom and brought it to work that says 'bang head here!' For when ppl are straight dumba$$es! ;)

SD Lat raise Wu: 2*20*5
DB press: 5*10*17.5+drop
Front raise: 5*10*15+drop
SD Lat raise: 5*10*22.5+drop
Incline reverse delt raise: 5*10*22.5+drop
Leg raises: 3*20
Decline situps: 3*30
Crunch.chair: 3*100
Elliptical: 45 min at 6 resistance
