Leg press: drop set x3, 5x450, 5x420, 7x330, 10x240, 15x150
Wave: 30min. 7res.
I have limited range of motion in my left shoulder so it gets difficult holding the bar when squating especially heavy. Working on it though! Thanks zed! SLSL? single leg side lunge?
