I wasn't able to push through my sickness yesterday so I stayed in bed allday....and ate ice cream, only once though!! Stayed home from work today but managed to make it to the gym. Not my most stellar performance....

Bbl curls: 5x5x50
Widegrip bb rows: 5x5x50: kept getting a pinch by my traps and the front of my deltoid. My right shoulder over compensates(sp wrong) for my left when I do these. I've had my capsule, rotater cuff and deltoid moved twice as well as my labrum reattached twice. Thx zed for the suggestion. I'll keep trying at it.
