I actually pretty surprised I was able to get all the reps seeing that I did shoulders yesterday. The bb and db rows werent killer on the last regular set so i may need to add 5 more pounds or try harder. The stepmill is going to be the vain of my exsistence for the next few weeks im sure.
As long as you know this!!! Lol And you need to add 5lbs AND try harder. I want these workouts intense. Get it done.
