Looking great at a kick off Jen!!
The water thing is hard to grasp at first but y soon get used to it ,
Also yeah on the lower cals thing it does catch up with you and have a couple sluggish days in the switchover but after that it's all gtg !
You should start feeling like you can take the world on!!!
 
The water thing actually isnt the hard part for me. I've been doing a gallon of water a day for about a year now. It's really the strictness of this kind of diet thats probably going to be the hardest. Nothing crunchy or sweet or salty. but it'll be worth it. Jonesing for some almonds right about now but this gum is tasting fantastic lol!

Yeah I know it sucks but like I told you when you look in the mirror and see what you have done all that salty sweet crap will be a memory. Lol:verygood:
 
Day 3: cardio
Eliptical: 30 min at 3res
HITT: 2 min walk 1 min sprint 20 min
Stepmill: 10 min at 70spm(couldn't go faster)
Eliptical: 25 min at 5 res
Rower: 10 min
Stretch

Still breathing so I feel good! Happy Hump day! Get ya some! 0;)
