Hey Jen, did you get to find out what the problem is? It's giving you hell so the sooner you do the better , can't imagine how stressful this is , anyway yeah Like slat said the food diary is a great idea I just started keeping one and it's great you a lot less likely to go off track that way.
Anyway I just started doing this for abs AAP suggested it and it's great.

Yeah I did. She said the pressure was from the bruise I got from the softball hitting me. Since it's at a weight bearing joint the swelling sticks around longer. Not much fluid at all which is good so I didn't get the needle but it's a little swollen now after 2 days of the eliptical. Going to stay off of it for the next two. I'll check out the abs workout. Thanks! I've done p90x before and the abs workout felt so good so I'll definitely try. Oh please get on me! I love it! Made my bf kick me out of bed this morning and go.
 
Ah that's good news them chick , should be up and about in no time,
I'm sore today still of doing it fri but still done it again today. " no Odin no gain" right lol.

Yeah I have a hard time balancing sometimes but I think I've done ok so far. Light lifting, no weight abs and on 1 resistance on the eliptical. Iced it twice already today. Doesn't feel too bad. :)
 
Day 3 back at it...

Lots of stretching!
Shoulders and lats...at least 15 lbs lighter than I was lifting. :( didn't want to overdue it though.

Hey there d!!! I'm having a hard time being consistent again. I'm dating someone that doesn't workout at all and it's kind of hard. I've been going in the mornings before work but I'm still not getting anywhere bc of my late night eating with him. I've put him on a diet bc he wants to lose weight and being a guy he's lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks without stepping foot in the gym. Grrrr

Wondering if I should start taking something to get my body jump strted...I've been clean thus far. Idk

I'm going to be completely honest chic. I really don't think now is the time mainly because to get 100% out of whatever you take you need to be 100% fit , so I know this really sucks but slowly and surely you will get back fighting fit. And then if your still thinking of sups I can give you my personal experiences and with that and lots of research you could decide whats best!,
Ps good luck on the dating hope it works out well for you.
