Hmmm if your getting fluid on your knee then you need to rest it sista. You did something that you knee joint didnt like so it built up fluid to protect itself. Ice and heat and rest. Try to figure out what you did and then dont do that.
It also could be from overuse or impact in your training.

If it is your knee and it has been a few days, I promise you need to go to the doctor!! I have had one knee surgery and already need two knee replacements!! So take it from me it is not worth it. Your knees are a valuable part of your body!
