Eliptical: 45 min 9-11 res
Leg press: 5x5x450
Stepmill: 15min 80 spm
Bridge: 5x1 min hold
Stretching: 20 min
Nice work on the leg press. Very impressive. Good Lord if you asked me to hold a bridge 5 times I would probably hurt myself.
