Im at 10%. I might not eat enough to get fat even if its all shitty food but I am gonna start eating triple whoppers, ice cream, 1/2 gallon milk a day, 8 eggs, 2 cups oats, 4 scoops whey, 8tbsp pb, 6 pieces ww bread, 1lb meat, 2 bananas, candy, beer and chips.

My goal is to get fat lol. If i get to 12% im cutting down. Right now i am 191, 10%BF. I will take pics tonight and post pics week to week. Wish me luck. Give me some more ideas on what i can eat?

*Of course i dont want to get fat. lol i just want more mass. So fat may or may not come with the extra shit im eating.
 
Take a tbsp of olive oil with every meal/shake. If you eat 7 meals a day that's an easy 800 kcal extra per day. That adds up at the end of the week.
 
whole milk and PB are easy calories.

definitely. If you have a problem with gaining mass, drink a gallon of whole milk a day on top of what you already eat. Lots of protein, lots of saturated fat for anabolic hormones, etc. Just hope you aren't lactose intolerant lol. It's also a really cheap source of calories. 3$ in my area for ~2400 Calories. 3 McDoubles at McD..~1200 Calories tops.

I personally like PB. Pour that shit in some protein shakes to thicken it up with a nice peanut buttery taste.

pizza is easy cals, a whole pizza is 900-1100 cals and would be a tasty breakfast :p wash it down with some whole milk and there you go 1500+ cal breakfast
 
the olive oil idea works, pizza works also, whole milk with your shakes with some pb in it. instead of the triple whopper, get 3 cheeseburgers with extra cheese. the tripple whopper isnt necessarily that bad for you since it has all that meat for protein and only 2 small slices of bread. better yet, i would hit up mickey d's and get their dollar double cheeseburgers. i dont know how much it is where youre from, but its a dollar by me. lol. ditch the oats, for breakfast, have 8 whole eggs, make 4 at a time, throw some cheese and bacon on it, put it all on a bagel. then you got 2 bacon, egg and cheese bagels that are over 1200 calories.
 
get some 80/20 ground beef, taco bell seasoning packets for the meat, a whole pack of extra large flour tortilla, sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce and tomatoes, also a bottle of the taco bell hot sauce. eat as many as you can, thats garanteed to put you over on calories. for dinner, get some white pasta and some chicken breast, put it in an egg wash and bread it, to make chicken parm. put your favorite sauce on it. pasta is very calorie/carb dense. also cant beat the traditional steak and fresh mashed potatoes with gravy.
