Whats up everybody? My girl has decided she wants to get in great shape for our Bahamas trip. She asks me what to do and Ive told her what I know about building muscle but I really dont know anything when it comes to losing weight and toning up. She would like to see some major results in 3 weeks. What is the best routine going? All the suggestions appreciated!
