Up until now carb-ups have just meant eat what the fuck I want, chocolate, fries, burgers...etc, so I from now on I am going to do the carb-up properly!
Heres what I ate, any thoughts or comments are much appreciated (this is a 1 day carb-up, starting from Saturday morning to Saturday night):

Sugar puffs (100g) 86 6 1 387
*milk, skimmed (250ml) 13 8 0.5 87
Sugar puffs (100g) 86 6 1 387
*milk, skimmed (250ml) 13 8 0.5 87
Beans on toast (2 slcs) 69 16.6 1 357
Pasta 'n' sauce 92 15.6 2.5 455
Chocolate (Rolo's) 34 1.5 10 235
Sugar puffs (100g) 86 6 1 387
*milk, skimmed (250ml) 13 8 0.5 87
Chocolate (flake) x4 40 6 22 380
Ice lollies x7 70 - - 280
Steak - 40 - 200
Sugar puffs (100g) 86 6 1 387
*milk, skimmed (250ml) 13 8 0.5 87
*consumed milk with cereal
Total = 733g CARBS, 135.7g PROTEIN and 41.5g FAT
I know there are somethings on there that shouldn't be on there like the chocolate but I think the main thing on a carb-up day is to keep the fat down which I think I have done.
Any comments are very welcome!
