My cycle log

Well I haven't been able to really work out this last week do to my elbow. It is almost completely healed now, no bruise anymore, but it still feels a little weak and I'm worried about damaging it further. Hopefully it will be fine by Monday.

I did legs on thursday and on thursday night I had a swollen area next to my knee (seems like a similar injury to my elbow). It seems like the test and possibly the tren are weakening my tendons. Thankfully I had some de.ca laying around so I decided to add that in for the rest of the cycle, stopping injections one week earlier than the test/tren/mast because of the half life. Hopefully this will take care of any further tendon injuries.

Also, while I was hurt this last week I apparently was also sick. I was blaming my waking up every 2 hours at night on the tren but it looks like it was a bad strain of cold that was going around my office. I also was feeling uneasy in my stomach and it was very hard to get my calories in. I was maybe eating 2500 to 2800 cals a day for a few days. The last 2 nights I slept beautifully and my unstoppable hunger came back. I woke up this morning so hungry I couldn't sleep in, I had to get up and eat right away. I love that feeling!

Also my weight had remained steady because I wasn't eating much and wasn't working out like usual. Well, this morning I'm up to 163.5lbs from 162 probably due to my leg workout and increased cals. I can literally see added mass around my calves (especially the bottom area above my ankles below the large calf muscles).

I'm gonna be careful next week to avoid any more tendon injuries. But I can't wait to get back in the gym.
 
So I worked out real carefully last week and I think my tendon in my arm is fine now. I did a good chest workout on friday. I couldn't do any skull crushers cause it felt a little weird by my elbow but I think by this friday I'll be fine.

I decided that I'm stopping at 8 weeks. I'll have more time to recover before WMC instead of stopping right before it. Also I've got black rings around my eyes so big from lack of sleep that I look like a racoon! So basically, the first week of march I'm going to start on just derma. I'm gonna run that for a month (including WMC) and then I will run a bottle of sustain alpha with post cycle. After that is done (in the beginning of may) I'll get a blood test to check my test values. I have more H.C.G. which I'm half thinking of running at the beginning of the sustain but I think I'm gonna just stick to running H.C.G at 500iu EW during cycle.

I also started taking RawMCC. It's hard to tell exactly how well it's working because I'm in the stride of my cycle, but I felt that even in the first workout I was getting a little better pumps and my strength went up a lot that week even though I hadn't worked out that hard the week before. Like I said, hard to tell what is the rawmcc and what is the gear at this point tho.
 
This week is the last week of the cycle since I shortened it to 8 weeks. I will run h.c.g. for one more week after injects. For the next 4 weeks after this one I will be running dermacrine alone, then I will switch to sustain alpha and add in post cycle. After that I will get my test levels checked.

I will be cutting for 4 weeks, starting this week, in preparation for the WMC. My goal is to loose 12lbs of body fat with minimal muscle loss. I am keeping up my same routine but adding in a few days of cardio and I started taking lipoflame today. I am taking 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon (I am sensitive to stimulants).

Here is the cutting diet I put together:
Meal 1: 450kcal, 5.5g fat, 58.5g carbs, 42g protein
Meal 2: 465kcal, 15.5g fat, 42g carbs, 45g protein
Meal 3: 272kcal, 2g fat, 48g carbs, 15g protein
Meal 4: 185kcal, 1g fat, 10g carbs, 32.5g protein
Meal 5: 185kcal, 1g fat, 10g carbs, 32.5g protein
Meal 6: 272kcal, 2g fat, 48g carbs, 15g protein
Meal 7: 370kcal, 2g fat, 20g carbs, 65g protein
Total: 2199kcal, 29g fat, 236.5g carbs, 247g protein 12/43/45 split

Meal 1: 3/4 cup whole grain cereal with 4oz skim plus milk, 1 scoop pro complex with 4oz skim plus milk
Meal 2: sandwich (1 can tuna, 1 slice cheese, 1tbsp mayo)
Meal 3: crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies
Meal 4: (pre workout) 1 scoop pro complex with 4oz skim plus milk
Meal 5: (post workout) 1 scoop pro complex with 4oz skim plus milk
Meal 6: crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies
Meal 7: 2 scoops pro complex with 8oz milk

Crock Pot Chicken Recipe for cutting 3 days food:
1.5 cups brown rice cooked separately (900kcal, 6g fat, 192g carbs, 18g protein)
1 lbs green beans (80kcal, 0g fat, 20g carbs, 4g protein)
1 lbs baby carrots (203kcal, 0g fat, 48g carbs, 5g protein)
1 pepper (red or green) (50kcal, 0g fat, 10g carbs, 2g protein)
1 onion (63kcal, 0g fat, 15g carbs, 1g protein)
3 lbs lean chicken breast (240kcal, 3g fat, 0g carbs, 48g protein)
1 can condensed chicken broth (95kcal, 3g fat, 2g carbs, 13g protein)
1/2 broth can of water
Total: 1631kcal, 12g fat, 287g carbs, 91g protein
divided by 3: 544kcal, 4g fat, 96g carbs, 30g protein per day
divided by 2: 272kcal, 2g fat, 48g carbs, 15g protein per meal

Put veggies in first, creating a dip in the middle for the chicken. Put in the chicken cutlets whole. Pour in the can of broth and then half a can of water. I then add in Ms Dash chicken seasoning liberally (no salt in there) and sometimes a squirt or two of lemon juice. Then I just throw it on low overnight for 8-10 hours. When it's done I throw it in containers with the rice. Also I throw in a clove of garlic cut up when I feel like bothering.

K this will be my last post in this thread. I just started on sustain alpha today. I will run 2 bottles of it and then get a blood test. I will start a new thread later documenting my progress with sustain alpha.

I'm ditching the cutting that I just posted about. I'm still to small to be cutting or using steroids for that matter. I started using gear because a dumb friend of mine that had juiced for years got me to do it. I knew very little about lifting when I started. Now that I know better from reading all the info I could find on this site, I realize that he gave me horrible advice.

I had worked out for maybe 6 months. Stopped for 8 months. Wanted to start again and he somehow convinced me to do a 8 week anavar/winnie cycle. No mention of p.c.t, nothing. After I did that he got me on a deca/masteron cycle. Then he got me the test/tren/mast vial that I was just using for this cycle. So basically I did 3 cycles in a row with maybe 2 or 3 weeks in between them. According to him "I'm only 21 so I can just stay on gear for a year and I'll bounce back no problem". What STUPID advice! At 21 and a beginner lifter I have no business using any gear yet. Sounds to me now like he was just trying to sell gear he had, and didn't care about my personal health.

I just started really reading this site when I started this last cycle. While I was doing this cycle I learned so much about lifting, eating, and gear. I learned that I don't need gear to hit the goals I want. I know how to eat properly to gain lean weight. I know what exercises I should be focusing on in the gym. He gave me highly inflated idea's of how far the gear would get me. Guess what? If you are skinny and have no lifting experience it wont get you far at all! I barely gained anything off of the first 2 cycles. I could have gained more had I known how to properly eat and train! Off of this latest cycle I put on 12 lbs (some fat some water) so maybe 5-8lbs of real mass. Guess what? I could of put that on natty and not fuckin shut down my system and I could have gotten real sleep for the last 8 weeks (fuckin tren). Plus my strength went up, but once again it could have gone up the same if not more natty. And that's not even mentioning the tendon/ligament problems I've had because my body wasn't developed enough to handle raising my weights that fast.

I'm done ranting, but I really hope that some 18-22 yo kids that are thinking about juicing will read this post and not do it. I have enough left for 2 more cycles of test/tren/mast and then i have another vial with enough for like 8 weeks of mast enanthate. I will definitely NOT be using those anytime in the next year. I have all the knowledge now but no need to use them. I'm just gonna focus on eating clean (not gonna worry about the exact cals anymore til im bigger) and doing cardio (havent been doing that now) and getting all my main lifts up. I'll still be around on the juice board because I think I can still offer some good advice as I am really good at processing and filtering info (like all the juice info I read) and I do have firsthand experience, but I certainly won't be taking any anytime soon. I think I will post some pics up in the pics section so I have some before pics to start my natty training with. I just really hope I can recover well using sustain so that I can continue to gain natty.

Thanks to everyone that helped me out, especially the people I have seen post so vehemently against the use of steroids by beginners. I thought it was an easy way up, but I need to put in the hard work and dedication like everyone else. I have the dedication now (partly because I was so dedicated to make the most out of this cycle -- so hey it wasn't all bad) so hopefully I will continue to move forward.
