Finally got all of my nutrition info looked up for all my meals so I can post an acurate meal plan, so I figured I would start a cycle log because I know I like to see others progress.

On monday I will be starting week 5 of a 12 week test p/trenbolone/masteron cycle. I am bulking for the first 8 weeks, then I will be cutting for the last 4.

If anyone hasn't seen my previous posts, I don't know the exact dosage of my gear (got from a good friend that I trust but it wasn't labeled and it's a premixed vial). I believe it to be 200/200/200 per ml, and yes I know for sure that it is really test p/trenbolone/masteron. I am shooting 1/2 cc EOD so I should be getting 350mg of each a week. However, it is possible that the masteron is half dosed as it is more of an ancillary (I'm pretty positive that it has the same dose trenbolone and test). I also just received my h.c.g. in the mail :D so I will begin shooting 250iu twice a week for weeks 5-12. I will also be running derma for weeks 9-12, then I will run only derma for another month, then I will run 2 months of derma sustain.

I started at 153lbs with approx 16% body fat (going by my scale which is super inaccurate). By the end of the second week I was 160lbs from water bloat. Right now I am 162lbs, noticeably stronger, and I am really starting to see some extra muscle size/definition. I have not gained much extra body fat as my scale is still showing the same body fat %. My goal is to hit at least 170lbs by the end of week 8 staying at around 16% body fat. Then I want to cut down as close to 10% body fat as I can during the last 4 weeks. I am a very hard gainer and I have in the past lost more than 15lbs of fat in a month when I focus on it so I think this should be possible. My end goal is to be about the same weight I started at but at 10% body fat.

For my workout plan, I have replaced all of my normal routines with the routines found in Nelson Montana's book "The Bodybuilding Truth". I currently do Chest/Tris on monday, Shoulders/Legs on wednesday, Back/Bis on friday. Also I do Nelson's ab workout about 2 times a week. So far I am getting great results with his workouts and I am definitely twice as sore in the same amount of time doing his workouts instead of mine. In fact, I used to workout 5 days a week (chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms). Now I had to switch to 3 days because I am just too damn sore to work out that many days! This should help when I want to cut because I will be able to do just cardio on my off days.

From then on I plan to work out natty for a while as I realize now after much research that I don't really need to use any juice right now to get where I want.

Other suppliments I am using:
- I am currently taking Zip while I am bulking as I don't want to use lipoflame yet so I can keep my appetite. It is hard to tell if it is doing anything because I am builking so I'm not really loosing fat. However, I am eating 3400kcal a day and not increasing body fat by much if not at all so it may be helping.

- I will begin taking lipoflame when I start cutting. I am still undecided on whether I will also use amp02. I also have a bottle of Definition I was going to use when I start cutting so I can hopefully drop this water bloat.

- I just got my RawMCC in so I will also begin using that starting week 5 and I will continue to use it throughout the cycle and beyond.

- I also take a range of vitamins: alpha lipoic acid at 600mg a day for my liver, policosanol at 20mg a day for my cholesterol, cranberry at 2000mg a day for my kidneys, and hawthorn berries extract for heart/bp.

- I had purchased a few bottles of Unleashed with the intent to use them throughout the cycle. For some reason, Unleashed was causing my muscles to get and stay really tense and was causing me to wake up with pinched nerves in my shoulder/upper back due to sleeping with tense muscles. For anyone else looking to try this, neither my brother or friend that currently take it have this problem so it must be something that affects my specific body chemistry. On a side note, my brother has been on Unleashed for almost a week and a half and says he is starting to feel/see results. However, that will be the topic of another thread.

My Meals:
Meal 1: 1.5 cups whole grain cereal with 1 cup skim plus milk; 1 scoop pro complex with 4oz skim plus milk
Meal 2: half sandwich (2 slices multigrain bread, 2 oz cheese, 4oz meat)
Meal 3: other half sandwich
Meal 4: half crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies
Meal 5: other half crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies
Meal 6: (pre workout) 3/4 scoop pro complex gainer with 12oz skim plus milk
Meal 7: (post workout) 1 scoop pro complex with 4oz skim plus milk; half crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies
Meal 8: half crock pot chicken, rice, and veggies
Meal 9: Muscle Milk shake w/ 16 oz skim plus milk

Meal stats:
Meal 1: 715kcal, 10g fat, 107g carbs, 51g protein
Meal 2: 265kcal, 11g fat, 21g carbs, 22g protein
Meal 3: 265kcal, 11g fat, 21g carbs, 22g protein
Meal 4: 190kcal, 1g fat, 36g carbs, 7g protein
Meal 5: 190kcal, 1g fat, 36g carbs, 7g protein
Meal 6: 655kcal, 6g fat, 90g carbs, 61g protein
Meal 7: 375kcal, 2g fat, 46g carbs, 39g protein
Meal 8: 190kcal, 1g fat, 36g carbs, 7g protein
Meal 9: 570kcal, 18g fat, 46g carbs, 54g protein
Total: 3415kcal, 61g fat, 439g carbs, 270g protein

I'll keep updating this thread as often as I can for anyone that is interested in following along. Also if anyone has any thoughts on my diet or any other specifics, please let me know. This whole thing is a learning process for me.
 
#1. You just shot yourself in the foot.I hate to tell you this but after you used juice and made some gains it is very unlikley that you will be able to make gains natty again. The gear allows your body to do things that arent possible normally, so you arent going to be able to do that after cesation of a cycle. Since steroids allowed your body to do the impossible. I may be wrong but from personal experience is where this advise comes. But good luck in your quest regardless, because Im not the one to preach.

It's not really chicken pot pie. Here's my basic recipe:

Crock Pot Chicken Recipe 3 days food:
3 cups brown rice cooked separately
1 lbs green beans
1 lbs baby carrots
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 lbs lean chicken breast (I now use 4lbs actually so I'm getting a little extra protein)
1 can condensed chicken broth
1/2 can water (using the broth can)
Lemon juice (don't know exact amound I just take a bottle and pour some on)
Montreal Chicken Seasoning

This makes 3 days of food which is 2 portions per day but I split those into 2 meals each.


smtimelevi: Oh believe me I know it won't be anywhere as easy to gain off as it was on, however I think its a little bit of an overstatement to say I won't gain at all without cycling again. Also, after this cycle is totally done, I am going to try to get on Omega's program natty. As to your question about Unleashed, because it raises free test, I believe (and what I have read seems to agree) that it is good both on cycle and off.
 
Also I forgot to mention that (obviously) the meals I listed are for the bulking portion. When I start to cut, my plan is to cut all of the portions in half and just add a few extra scoops of pro complex throughout the day to keep my protein intake up.
 
Just prepared my h.c.g. When I made it, I diluted it to 500iu/ml. That way I would shoot 1/2ml 2xweek. I didn't realize how big 1/2ml looks in an insulin syringe! I wish now that I would have made it 500iu/.2ml or something so I would only have to shoot .1ml at a time.

Does anyone know if 1/2ml is too much to shoot subq? I shot the first shot just now, but I just shot it in the side of my quad with an insulin pin. Next time I was gonna try doing subq around my stomach/love handles.
 
l was just curious cuz chicken pot pie has way more fats grams than that. i figured it was something special.
 
It's only been a few hours since the shot of h.c.g and its already pretty sore, I guess from all the bac water. I think I might just call this one a loss and use one of my other amps. Luckily I bought 8 so I'm well stocked. Next time I'm gonna prepare it so I only need to shoot .1ml.
 
I woke up this morning and the spot where I shot the h.c.g isnt sore anymore. I think I'm just gonna suck it up and shoot this mix for a month and then do it right next month.

On a side note, I just had a little reality check. I realized I had my height set to 5'10" in my scale but I am really 5'8". Looks like I am more like 20% bf not 16%. Oh well. If I can get down to 12% when I finish cutting I'll be happy.
 
I was going to post today about how all of the tren sides seemed to be gone after the first couple weeks, but last night I think I woke up 6 times and every time I was covered in sweat. I guess I'll start taking the sleep aides again. I think that when my room is really cold I sleep longer and don't sweat. It was a little warmer last night, so that may have been it.

Also, yesterday I was working chest and tris. After I finished chest and moved on to tris, I noticed that my left elbow was feeling tight. That's when I noticed what looked like a bruise on my left elbow. Needless to say, I didn't end up working tris yesterday. I think at some point doing chest I bruised/popped/tore something by my elbow. Probably while doing dips. I'm gonna just lay off the gym for a couple days and hopefully it'll heal quick.
