My chosen cycle for contest prep

Im going to run the following cycle
EQ 400mgs per week august-november 7th
winstrol 50mg ed september 21st-november 7th
before the contest im gonna use tarxatone as directed.
I will have acess to hydroclorizide I'v taken them b4 to pass drug test
My water intake will be 2-3 gallons of water a day
Im gonna drop my creatine about 10-9 weeks out
how should I use Glutamine & vaso-dialators?
also how should I use the diuretics?
I also have ?'s about potasium,nolvadex & b-6?
would valum make you hold water?

I can't answer many of your questions, but EQ is not a good precontest drug. It aromatizes (lowly, but still nonetheless). I would substitue it for something like tren.

Winny is a great precontest drug though.

Hell what kinda anti-armotise would work for EQ I thought that winstrol would combat it I never thought Eq made me hold any water what so ever.

winny isnt an anti-e, so it wont combat water retention from anything, including deca, which a lot of people seem to believe. EQ can be use pre contest, but stop it 3 weeks out, and just use drugs like winny, anavar, masteron, tren, etc up till show day

Eq aromatises at about half the rate of testosterone.

Winny does help you shed water, thats for sure, but i'm not sure its the same water EQ will make you hold.

Proviron is probably the best anti-e for your situation. Besides destroying estrogen, it is supposed to improve muscle density. Armidex, femera, and aromasin will all do the job too. Nolvadex will not however.

Hepstarch, or hextend work great as vasodilators. I used them two weeks ago for a show. Makes you look like a road map. I ran a 500ml bag in I.V. 10hrs prior and then another one 4hrs prior to the show. All I can say is the shit works. This was my first expierence with it but will definately use it again.
