I didnt know it was that much until i just calculated it. i started my new bulking diet on sunday. heres what my breakfast looks like
4 packets of strawberry and cream oatmeal 520 calories
6 whole eggs 480 calories
2 slices of cheese 120 calories
2 plain bagels 500 calories
16oz of whole milk 300 calories
2 scoops of whey with the milk 240 calories
total calories 2160, now thats how a man should eat breakfast, i start making breakfast at 8am, finish around 820 and finish eating at 9am. and wow am i stuffed. no wonder why i couldnt eat much at my other meals, which consist of 8oz of meat plus 2 cups of white rice, i gotta cut my breakfast back a little, but im still in the process of tweaking it, all i know is im gonna get to 200lbs no matter what
