my 2000+ calorie breakfast

I didnt know it was that much until i just calculated it. i started my new bulking diet on sunday. heres what my breakfast looks like

4 packets of strawberry and cream oatmeal 520 calories

6 whole eggs 480 calories

2 slices of cheese 120 calories

2 plain bagels 500 calories

16oz of whole milk 300 calories

2 scoops of whey with the milk 240 calories

total calories 2160, now thats how a man should eat breakfast, i start making breakfast at 8am, finish around 820 and finish eating at 9am. and wow am i stuffed. no wonder why i couldnt eat much at my other meals, which consist of 8oz of meat plus 2 cups of white rice, i gotta cut my breakfast back a little, but im still in the process of tweaking it, all i know is im gonna get to 200lbs no matter what :biggrin:
 
holy hell bro, I can barely down my cup of oatmeal and banana in the morning let alone stomach that feast you have there. wish I could eat like that during bulking phase.

your going over board.that screws up your metabolism. cut out 2 packs of oats and both bagels. add 1 slice of whole grain bread.

Yes i know, i thought i was at about 1000 calories, like i said i didnt count it and i was depleted from keto dieting so it didnt stuff or make me feel sick. im taking out 1000 calories. and ussing it in another meal. i will be eating 1000 calories per meal, 7 meals per day. plus a pwo shake

That is one hell of a breakfast bro lol

We have a Holiday Inn with an all you can eat omlete breakfast bar by my work. I was challenged by my coworkers one morning for a free breakfast. I ate four 6 egg omletes ftw lol. I was so fucking sick the rest of the day.
 
you're insane! I can barely eat anything now, i get soo full! I barely get down 2 packets of oatmeal and a few eggs.

Exactly. Like the late gaurdian said, if you wanna be one of the big boys, you cant just eat when youre hungry. that stuck in my head.

And sl, thats ALOT OF EGGS. i wouldnt wanna be around you at all for the following 2 days, your gas probably killed a few squirrels walking by. LMAO
