I'm not saying all trainers are like that.. Just the majority... Wahhh I'm sick... Wahhh I can't go at that time... I understand the frustrations on the otherhand though too... Idiotic people that think they are going to lose fat overnight, or think a good hard cardio session is sitting on a bike reading a magazine about fit people and cycling once every 20 seconds... I here some of the other people that are training saying stuff to their trainers like,"I can't do that... that hurts... I don't like those..." I would say suck it up bitch move it... you want results you have to put all your effort into it... or "Your back into it.... "
