Maybe I'm missing something because everyone seems to be giving the same advice on eating more throughout the day, but why would eating more throughout the day at all help his sleeping problems? Shouldn't waking up out of hunger really only depend on his last meal (or at most, his last two meals) of the day?
A casein shake, cottage cheese, or a handful of nuts, these are usually enough to keep me going throughout the night (on avg. 6hrs of sleep). In fact, before I started eating healty, I used to eat nothing before bed time and just wake up hungry...when it was time to wake up.
Now maybe I'm just a heavy sleeper, but I have to ask, do you have any sleeping problems? Because taking in 3 seperate meals during bedtime (and muscle milk really isnt the best option) to me does seem excessive (and I def. wouldn't wake up out of hunger).
Also noticed you said you wake up at 5 am for work, but don't get your first meal in till 745am, wondering what the reason for that is?
